We provide end-to-end accounts receivable management solutions from billing, reconciliation, 3rd party collections, and skip trace. QHL is presently physically represented in East Africa through the country offices situated in Nairobi and Kampala.

The company has its Headquarters in Nairobi, Kenya where the main operation hub in International Life House houses the main call Centre and the centralized administrative functions such as marketing, human resource, finance, and IT. The country offices in Kampala’s Communication House also have a call center in addition to professionally trained field collection agents who physically call on debtors in their respective locations. Quest Holdings Uganda Limited is incorporated and registered with the relevant tax authority in Uganda.
